3 pounds Russet Potatoes (Or Yukon Gold)6 cups cold water (To boil potatoes)2 tablespoons Sea Salt6 packets Herb Ox Bullion (Sodium Free)1 stick unsalted Butter½ cup Half & HalfSalt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Place peeled and cut potatoes in a large pot and add the 6 cups of water, the 2 tablespoons sea salt and the 6 packets of Herb Ox. On high heat bring water to a boil and cook until soft, about 15-20 minutes. While potatoes are cooking add butter and half & half to a sauce pan and heat on low.Drain potatoes and return to pot. Over medium low heat toss potatoes around to dry. Once potatoes are dry, using a potato masher, mash potatoes to desired consistency. Add warm butter and half & half and using a spoon blend. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
