Description
This carnalized pearl onions recipe is a quick and easy side dish that will add a buttery,
caramelized burst of goodness to any savory dish.
Ingredients
1 14-ounce frozen pearl onions (Thawed and drained)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, when butter has melted add rosemary. Add
thawed, drained onions, coat in butter and sauté for till onions a lightly browned, 5-10
minutes. Reduce heat source to medium low, sprinkle dark brown sugar over top of onions
and continue to sauté till caramelized, 5-10 minutes.
