Description
Easy to make homemade breadcrumbs that are so much better then store bought.
Ingredients
6 slices toasted bread
2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Tear toasted bread into large pieces. Place in a large food processor or blender. Add dried
herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Process/blend/pulse into fine breadcrumbs.
Makes
1½ to 2 cups
Additional Instructions
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
