Layers of vanilla cream, bananas and vanilla wafers, this Banana Pudding will be a big hit with all your family and friends
Ingredients
14 oz sweetened condensed milk1½ cup milk3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding1 – 1½ liquid cups whipping/heavy cream* *(makes 2 – 3 cups whipped cream)4 to 6 ripe bananas (about 4 cups)11 oz Nilla Wafers
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add the condensed milk and the cold milk. Wisk on low for 1 minute then add in the vanilla instant pudding, blend on medium for another 2 minutes. Cover tightly refrigerate until completely set, 4 hours minimum or overnight.When pudding is set, remove from the fridge. In a separate mixing bowl, whip 1½ liquid cups whipping/heavy cream. Wisk on low for 1 minute then on medium high for another 2 minutes until it looks like whipped cream. Fold pudding and whipped cream together until completely mixed.In a 3.9 liter straight sided bowl if possible, lightly cover the bottom with pudding followed by a layer of cookies. followed by a layer of the bananas. Continue to layer ending with the top layer being pudding. Reserve several cookies, crush and sprinkle on top.Tightly cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight if possible. It really needs to set for at least 4 hours to slightly soften the cookies so the longer it is allowed to set the better.

Additional Instructions
You can use cool whip to cut down on the calories/fat but I would recommend using the unsweetened version. If you use the original cool whip it will be very sweet.
