Description
A delicious cold pasta salad that's quick and easy to make and is always a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
1 pound Bacon
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayo
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 package Ranch Dressing seasoning
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
12 oz cooked pasta (such as elbow or any small hollow rounded pasta)
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F, Place Bacon in a single layer on a baking sheet (Line with
aluminum foil for ease of clean-up) and bake until brown and crisp, about 25 minutes.Let
cool enough to handle and chop into desired size pisces and set aside.
In a large bowl stir together sour cream, mayo, apple cider vinegar, ranch seasoning and
garlic powder, stir to combine well. Add the pasta, bacon, Parmesan cheese and the cherry
tomatoes. Gently stir until pasta is well coated with the dressing. Chill for 3-4 hours and
serve.
